What does it cost?
Nothing during launch. Posting jobs and receiving applications is free. If paid options come later, we’ll tell you before anything changes, and listings you have already posted stay free.
Who can post?
People who work at the hiring company. We check the company and your role once, usually through your work email and the company’s website.
Can students see my email?
No. Students apply through UniCircle. You choose what to share when you reply.
Can I see the student’s fit score?
No. The fit score is a private tool for the student. You see their application and resume, the same as any other applicant.
What jobs are allowed?
Real internships and jobs for students and freshers. Listings that ask students to pay a fee, or that hide the employer, are removed.
