Eligibility
- Scheduled Tribe and Indigenous students of Nagaland
- Pursuing Ph.D/D.Litt at a recognised university within India
- Fresh application only for first-year Ph.D/D.Litt scholars; renewal for previous-year beneficiaries; not eligible after availing it three times
- Must not hold another scholarship/fellowship/stipend or be a government/semi-government employee

- Step 2: Send the printout with documents by speed/hand post to the Scholarship Section, Directorate of Higher Education, Kohima-797001
