About the role
Entry-level support trainee in Redwood Software's structured training programme in Hyderabad: learning the product, support workflows and troubleshooting, building basics in databases, operating systems, networking and APIs, shadowing senior agents and handling simple customer tickets under supervision, with a path to a Level 1 support role.
What you need
Studies in Computer Science, IT or a related field (completed or in progress); familiarity with computer systems and basic troubleshooting; good written and spoken English. Nice to have: customer or application support experience.
