- Girl student with Haryana domicile
- Passed 10+2 with at least 60% marks
- Studying a general degree course at a Government College in Haryana
- Correspondence and open university students are not eligible
- No income limit
- Renewal needs at least 55% in the qualifying exam

- Step 2: Choose 'State Merit Scholarship To Under Graduate Girls Students'
- Step 3: Submit by 31 Dec 2026
- Step 4: The college sends its merit list to the Directorate
