Eligibility
- Domicile of the North Eastern Region
- Parental annual income not above Rs 4.5 lakh from all sources
- Passed Class XII or equivalent in the preceding year
- First-year admission in a degree course at an eligible institution with AISHE code; management-quota admission excluded
- Not receiving another UG scholarship
- Courses: General degree courses and technical, professional, medical and paramedical courses including integrated courses; open university and non-degree diploma excluded
