Eligibility

  • Scheduled Tribe students who are permanent residents of Meghalaya
  • Studying inside or outside the state, Class XI to postgraduate level, in recognised institutions whose INO is registered on NSP 2.0
  • Parents' annual income from all sources not more than Rs 2.50 lakh
  • Fresh and renewal applications accepted
