  • Annual family income less than Rs 6.00 lakh
  • Fresh and renewal applicants can apply for AY 2026-27
  • Girls get priority (scheme document)

  1. Step 1: Complete OTR on scholarships.gov.in
  2. Step 2: Log in and choose the Ministry of Tribal Affairs top class scholarship
  3. Step 3: Submit before 31 Oct 2026
  4. Step 4: Your institute verifies by 15 Nov 2026; the ministry by 30 Nov 2026
