Eligibility
- OBC, EBC or DNT student
- Total annual family income up to Rs 2.5 lakh
- Admitted to a full-time course at a notified institution (IIMs, IITs, IIITs, AIIMS, NITs, NIFTs, NIDs, IHMs, NLUs, other central institutions, NAAC A++/A+, NIRF top 100 or Institutes of National Importance)
- At most two siblings per family
- 30% of slots for girls; renewal needs promotion each year

How to apply
- Step 1: Apply on the National Scholarship Portal (scholarships.gov.in)
- Step 2: The institute verifies applications within its slots
- Step 3: Apply again every year for renewal
